At the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Institute of Computer Science, Chair of Computer Networks and Distributed Systems, the above-mentioned position is to be filled as soon as possible in a third-party funded R&D project.

 

Job Features

  • Limited term until the end of the project (31.12.2022)
  • gross salary: at least 4,000 Euro / month (depending on experience)

Tasks

  • Research tasks in the area of mobile distributed systems, especially social networks as well as development and design of protocols for IEEE 802.11ax wireless technology (WiFi-6)
  • Teaching courses in the area of computer networks and distributed systems
  • Preparation scientific of publications

Requirements

  • very good English skills
  • very good scientific university degree (Master) in computer science, computer engineering or mathematics
  • practical experience with IEEE 802.11ax wireless technology (WiFi-6)
  • very good programming skills in Java or C++ and the Linux operating system
  • interest in research and teaching at a university
